Flexible days and times if possible. If you wish for a shorter or
longer stay, we will of course try to accommodate this.​

Includes loan of:  Sheets, towels, beach/pool towels, cleaning at check-in/check-out.​​

 

Payment terms:

You pay a deposit of €400 to confirm the booking. It is refunded after final cleaning.

50% of the total amount is paid 90 days before arrival. The remaining amount is paid 30 days before arrival.

 

Payment is made to our account in Spain. Details will be sent upon booking.

 

Cancellation terms:

Up to 60 days before arrival cancellation is free. 59 - 31 days before arrival can be canceled for a cost of €400 (the deposit). From day 30 before arrival, no refund of the total amount will be made.

 

The price includes the entire villa, electricity, water, bed linen, towels and wi-fi.
